My client is an independent care group specialising in the provision of care for people with a variety of complex needs.
They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Turnaround Manager to work with the senior management team of the business on significantly improving the standard of care and culture in a supported living service. You will ensure the highest standards of care are achieved and that staff are well motivated, trained and clear on what is expected of them from the regulator and the service users.
The successful candidate will need experience of managing and running care services in either the supported living or residential care settings. You will be used to leading teams and have specific experience of turning around poorly performing services. My client also needs someone used to working with regulatory bodies such as the CQC and safeguarding groups to implement action plans following on from a poor CQC inspection. This is an assignment for a strong, visible and inspirational leader of people.
