We are recruiting for aDeputy Director of HR & ODwho shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best Peopleandhasthe drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

Main duties of the job

You will clearly articulate the strategic vision for the Trust, ensuring that the HR Team priorities, plan, and culture enables the delivery of the people elements of the strategy, to ensure that our patients and staff have the best possible experience.

 

As a practicing HR professional with considerable experience of managing HR functions and working in partnership with the Chief People Officer, you will support our cultural change agenda to ensure The Trust creates and sustains an environment where people are supported and nurtured to deliver the best care possible to service users.

You will have excellent knowledge of HR systems, data management and business processes, an analytical and creative approach, and the ability to operate at a strategic level, devising and delivering impactful people solutions, initiatives and change projects.
