Job Details
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of innovative strategic interventions with demonstrable organisational benefit;
- Leading and managing the HR and recruitment teams;
- Effectively managing the HR team to provide all aspects of Operational HR, including Pay & Contracts, Sickness Absence management, Workforce Information, HR Systems Administration, Health and Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Training and Management;
- Developing partnership relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Championing and improving equalities, diversity and inclusion.
- CIPD qualification;
- Demonstrable experience in the NHS in a senior management capacity;
- Expertise in HR, Workforce Information and Recruitment activity;
- Evidence of developing strategies and complex reports;
- Experience in managing national and local data information systems.
