A NHS Trust in the south east requires an Interim Service Improvement Manager to support the Radiology department. This is a new and exciting opportunity to support change in the department and drive operational service improvement. You will need to have a demonstrable track record in the NHS in operational improvement and service improvement and candidates without NHS improvement experience wont be suitable for this opportunity.
The role will work with the Clinical Directors, Director of Nursing, General Managers and Service Managers to understand what change is required and work with them to deliver service improvement within the division. You will ideally have Radiology experience or a service closely related to radiology, however experience in other divisions such as Surgery or Medicine for example will considered if you are able to demonstrate service improvement experience.
