Job Details
My client is an independent care group specialising in the provision of care for people with a variety of complex needs.
They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Turnaround / Improvement Manager to work with the senior management team in the region on significantly improving the standard of care and culture of the home.
The successful candidate needs to be an RGN or RMN with experience of managing and running care services. You will be used to leading teams and have specific experience of turning around poorly performing services. My client also needs someone used to working with regulatory bodies such as the CIW or CQC. This is an assignment for a strong, visible and inspirational leader of people.
The assignment will run for 4 months initially. My client requires an immediate start and is offering an assignment rate of £380 to £400 a day inside IR35. If you have the requisite skills, please contact Andrew Vaux - andrew.vaux@practicus.com
