I am working with a Integrated Care Board who require an Interim Programme Manager to support an ageing well programme with associated Urgent Care and Integrated transformation.

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience within Health in the relevant programme area above to be considered and be available for a new interim assignment for an initial 6 months. Potential to scope the role outside of IR35 and mainly remote working offered, although flexibility to work on site on the odd occasions where the work may require you to do so.

Key Duties Include:

  • Provide strategic management and leadership to the projects/programmes of work being undertaken to deliver the Locality vision.
  • Proactively lead a programme of service redesign projects within a workstream to ensure demonstrable and sustainable improvements are fully delivered.
  • Apply complex analysis skills to when designing the rationale for implementing specific service changes.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and support in service redesign, demonstrating excellence in the application and utilisation of relevant service improvement, transformation, innovation, and project management techniques.
  • Lead on service improvement initiatives, and act as a visible champion for change.
  • Ensure transparent reporting of programme progress.
  • Offer guidance, support and leadership to the projects and programme. Challenging and questioning at all levels.
  • Proactively engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with contracts, finance, business intelligence and performance to ensure the development of robust and innovative service improvement methods and embedded project management processes.
  • To analyse and monitor the delivery of strategic plans; examining and judging there effects on the service changes according to an agreed timetable
