An NHS organisation in the South East requires an Interim NHS Project Manager to support Mental Health projects and programmes. If you are a transformation and change management deliverer, relationship builder and service redesign influencer with NHS Project management experience then please apply. This is an Interim Project Manager opportunity for 6 months offering 4 days a week from home and 1 day in the office in the South East. Whilst Mental Health experience would be very advantageous, relevant NHS experience is the most important, as is the ability to demonstrate experience in managing projects. There is a possibility for the role to be scoped outside of IR35
The NHS Project Manager for Mental Health will be working with the NHS Trust and Integrated Care Systems to undertake a once in a generation reworking and shift in community mental health service provision for the people of the locality. Working across health, social care and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector partners as well as our diverse community and service users, their carers and their families to co-produce and implement an innovative new model of personalised care set out in the Mental Health Framework.
Experience required
NHS Project management experience is essentialMinimum of 3 years recent experience successfully delivering complex projects across organisational boundaries, prioritising workload and working in a fast pacing team. Experience of working with organisations or teams to identify and realise improvement benefits. Skilled in the principles of Lean Healthcare, a distinct advantage. Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management. Demonstrable analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Experience of coordinating projects of work and forming effective collaborative working.
