Interim Divisional Director of Operations - Planned Care

As the Divisional Director you will lead the division on a day-to-day basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved. Specifically, the Trust is looking for someone to support an improvement in performance during their tenure across theatres, for example improving productivity and engaging with consultants to maximise lists. This is a very hands on, visible operational role where you will be required to be onsite.

The interim will have a solid NHS operational background, having ideally worked at Divisional Director, Deputy COO or COO level previously. The role is a band 9 and ideally you will have a varied background having worked within several different specialties / divisions. Specific experience in elective care and recovery and restoration is essential.

Daily rate: Band 9

Duration: 3 months

IR35 - Inside

Start date: Monday 25th July
