Health Community Nursing Director

Woodrow Mercer are working with a large NHS organisation based in the North who are currently looking to appoint a Health Community Nursing Director. 

This role is an Inside IR35 contract with hybrid working.  

They will be responsible for the provision of strategic leadership to ensure the safe, high quality and efficient management of all services within the responsibility and accountability of the specified Health Community.

They have responsibility for transformation and for collaborating with colleagues in other Health Community, Pan North Wales Services, Service Support Functions and with partners to provide high quality well-being and care services across the whole North Wales population.

The role of the Health Community Nurse Director is to provide clinical leadership, ensuring a professional, visible role model to nurses.

They will ensure the professional standards are maintained, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and innovations.

The Health Community Nurse Director is professionally accountable for the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care for services within the sphere of responsibility.

The Health Community Nurse Director will promote and role model the values, leadership expectations and behaviours.  The individual will be an advocate for diversity and equal opportunities in all business and services provided.
