NHS CAMHS Transformation Lead - Hybrid working
Practicus are partnering with a London based NHS organisation who are urgently seeking a Project Manager for their CAMHS Improvement Programme
Purpose - You will use your skills as a CAMHS Transformation lead to manage targeted improvement plans for their CAMHS services.

The Difference in this role is that you will lead and take ownership of specific CAMHS improvement work, from the initial scoping, capturing, and agreeing key actions across their divisions, tracking, and seeing progress through to fruition. This is an opportunity to use your experience to deliver improvements that would have a large impact on the care patients receive, helping them get the best treatment at the right time.

The role is both interesting and challenging because you will work with a diverse set of stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver a plan that will improve both performance for the Trust and significant improvements to the children's services. You will see the projects through from conception to completion and have the support from a great team to help you deliver them.

To deliver this we require an experienced Project Manager who has worked within the NHS. Mental health or CAMHS experience would be great but we would also consider experienced Project Managers from other parts of the NHS.

Experience:
* Project Management experience of NHS service transformation programmes
* Worked within the NHS with CAMHS improvement / transformation experience
* Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Highly organised and able to plan, track and report back high-level project information
* Passionate about your work and can inspire others.

RATE: £49.59 per hour - £58.38 per hour 4/5 days, 2 days On-Site PW
LENGTH: 6 months initially
START: July 2022
