Job Details
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Organisational Development subject matter expertise to lead the co-design and implementation of an overall approach to achieving cultural change for the organisation;
- Leading the OD team and developing a business partnering approach to providing expertise, advice and interventions in support of team development and effectiveness;
- Building OD capability across the workforce function and with team leaders by sharing knowledge and expertise;
- Leading the Wellbeing agenda;
- Leading on the design, delivery and implementation of individual and team leadership development programmes.
- CIPD qualification;
- Qualification and/or accreditation in use of psychometrics, specialist OD tools and techniques;
- Successful track record of managing People & OD functions within the NHS;
- Experience of leading co-design and implementation of large-scale transformational change initiatives and programmes demonstrating impact and lasting change;
- Experience of designing, facilitating and evaluating large group interventions both face to face and using virtual communication;
- Experience of designing high quality, credible, forward-thinking leadership and management development programmes and initiatives.
