Job Details

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide ranging care services to individuals throughout the UK.

They have a really interesting opportunity for an Interim Chief Operations Officer, who will be responsible for managing the development of their urgent care offering in partnership with the NHS. This is senior role for an operator who has significant commercial acumen and an eye for operational efficiency and good performance. My clint needs a motivational leader and one who is supportive of staff whilst being mindful of organisational needs and objectives.

The successful candidate will have worked at a similar level previously, in healthcare organisations that partner with the NHS - any experience of urgent care would be beneficial although not essential. A background in PE backed (or similar) organisations would also be regarded as beneficial. You will be used to managing diverse and complex services - delivering performance targets and bringing new services on-line at the same time. My client also requires someone who is focused on safety, good governance and quality.

The assignment will run for 6 months initially, I have an assignment rate of £625 to £650pd inside IR35 and the assignment requires an immediate start. The role is hybrid in nature; however, it will require national travel. If you have the requisite skills, please email your CV to Andrew Vaux at andrew.vaux@practicus.com
