Job Details
Practicus are partnering with a London based acute hospital who are urgently seeking an Interim Matron for Paediatrics.
This is an exciting opportunity for a 4-6-month interim contract. To support the current Head of Nursing with all aspects relating to management of rotas, improving recruitment and retention, to ensure that wards are running as they should be. Experience and background in Paediatrics is required.
You will have the personality and desire to lead a team and to be organised to ensure smooth operations. A small team that has been through tough times through COVID but are well drilled and committed. You will bring your positive energy and personality to continue this journey.
Essential:
- Experienced matron in managing Paediatrics services
- Manage day to day operations and at times deputise for Head of Nursing. Can lead a team and can bring out the best in people.
RATE: Band 8b
START: ASAP
