The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) brings together staff and services from Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. Together they manage and are responsible for the day-to-day running of their hospital and community services, ensuring the safe delivery of high-quality care at scale. BCO plays a key role within the Bury community, delivering medical and surgical care to a local community of c. 190,000 people and is rated as outstanding by the CQC.

As Chief Officer for BCO you will be a key member of the NCA Board and Bury senior leadership team and will also hold a professional portfolio as Director of Operations. You will have responsibility for working with our Care Organisation Directors/Place based leaders and operational teams to ensure timely and high-quality care to patients, contributing to the delivery of our annual plan objectives, national standards and place based plans.

You will be an experienced senior leader/ Operations Director, ready to bring your passion and energy to this fantastic role.  You will have experience of working across systems and leading change and are able to demonstrate your ability to take teams with you in challenging circumstances.  But most of all you will bring your confidence, kindness, integrity and flexibility, role modelling the behaviours we want to see across the organisation.
