We are seeking an exceptional leader to engage with, design and support the delivery of our ambitious "Patient First" approach.

Main duties of the job

Within this role you will play a key role in contributing to a culture that demonstrates our values and behaviours through your engaging and visible leadership style.

In this role, we are looking for a perceptive, ambitious and flexible individual who will be committed to driving forward the Trust's future plans, working together with the Senior Divisional Triumvirate (Divisional Director of Operations, Divisional Medical Director and Divisional Director of Nursing and Governance) provide support and leadership to the directorate senior management teams.

We are looking for individuals who have strong track record of delivery, who clearly demonstrates leadership qualities, and who will be seen as inspirational and engaging by both staff and external partners.
