We are looking for an inspiring and innovative Chief Executive to lead the next stage of our work, delivering our strategic vision, spreading and embedding our inclusive culture, and helping members and their system partners to drive improvement and innovation.

The CEO will extend and strengthen close relationships with members and have a strong public profile, speaking for members’ interests in the media and influencing government and key national decision makers. 

We are looking for candidates who can navigate a fast moving political and policy landscape with a proven executive track record within complex service delivery organisations. Whether your experience is within healthcare, public or commercial sectors, you will have demonstrable affinity within the health sector and its challenges as well as an excellent grasp of the health policy landscape. Success in leading through periods of great challenge while delivering sustainable organisational and cultural change is essential and you will bring strong commercial acumen, effective partnership collaboration and extensive national and social media experience.
