Job Details

We're working with an NHS Lead Provider of CAMHS services who are seeking a talented and experienced CAMHS manager to provide transformation momentum for the next 6 months.

This full time hybrid working role will see you working on site in the Midlands at least 2 to 3 days per week as you support the mobilisation of their transformation plans across their Tier 4 CAMHS service. This will include providing grip as you manage the Quality Schedule and monitor the operations of the service. They have commissioning intentions in place however they need the additional capacity and capability of this interim to ensure that their plans remain a priority when the service is facing so many other demands.

This assignment will fully utilise your operational experience of CAMHS Tier 4 services and an understanding of Commissioning Child Mental Health services would be highly advantageous.

Its a busy time to join them as the future of them as Lead Provider is uncertain in the newly formed ICS, so this role will involve extensive stakeholder enagement across multiple providers too.

We're seeking an interim who could ideally commence in September and offers the flexibility to be on site at least 2 to 3 days per week.

Remuneration for this role is in line with Band 8C on the framework and is Inside IR35.
