Programme Lead (Community Service Transformation)  

6 month contract - to start in October. Remote with some travel expected. £450 Outside IR35 

 Woodrow Mercer are currently on the search for an experienced Programme Lead with a range of commissioning experience, including commissioning of community service. 

 The Interim we require needs to be a confident and seasoned Commissioner who is able to exude gravitas and control the narrative and dialogue in terms of community services commissioning.

 One of the key parts of the work will be to execute a Community Bed Review on behalf of the system as soon as possible.

 The system also needs to commission new models of care within community services due to the availability of workforce and cost of serving patients across the county.

 Some important community services programmes are behind currently and there are also complex integration conversations happening across some large pathways which will require community support.
