HR Director

HR Director - Private Healthcare Organisation - Salary Up To £120k + 20% Annual Bonus + Equity - London (Hybrid Working) - Full Time

Woodrow Mercer Healthcare are currently working with an exciting private healthcare organisation in London to find a HR Director as they undergo a journey of mass growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, passionate and progressive HR Leader who can bring with them a wealth of experience and provide ongoing guidance to the executive team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing employee relations, engagement, learning & development, reward & recognition, compliance and partnering with resource planning and contributing to organisational design
• Lead on the evaluation and development of HR Strategy and performance
• Providing dynamic and effective leadership and the day-to-day management of the department and operational activities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum requirement of CIPD Level 5
• Degree in HR Management or similar
• Proven background working at Senior or Executive level
• Experience in a Healthcare or MedTech
• Expertise in HR Policies & Procedures with a track record of rolling out HR solutions
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• A true people-person: confident communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build successful relationships at all levels
