Patient Flow Project, Programme Manager
Start in December. Initially 3 months. Hybrid. Rate negotiable. Outside IR35
Woodrow Mercer are currently looking for an experienced Patient Flow Project Manager to support a trust in the North West starting from December. We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated Registered professionals with a desire to optimize patient flow and discharge pathways.
The role will require you to have an operational or nursing background and experience of delivering improvement projects against a complex and ever changing landscape.
The right candidate will need to understand discharge and the inter-connectivity of flow. Experience of working closely with clinical teams and reducing occupancy and length of stay will also be key to these roles.
