Our client is one of the fastest-growing insourcing and modular healthcare service providers in the UK. With strong NHS relationships, they have grown from strength to strength, supporting the NHS to deliver positive patient outcomes, meet waiting list targets and reduce backlogs within elective care by expanding the available footprint of space with minimal disruption to existing services.

Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of a multidisciplinary team, you will over oversee the mobilisation and management of their modular healthcare buildings estate at client sites.

Responsibilities of the position

• To direct and oversee the installation of modular units at client sites Coordinate a multi-functional team including contractors, local authority stakeholders, client teams, and project management to mobilise these units in readiness for the delivery of clinical services Expand our capability to manage and service this estate by implementing a suite of processes around PPM, facilities management, and equipment maintenance within the modular services function Ensure that mobilisation projects are delivered on time and to budget Work with our vendors to ensure that all sub-contracted elements of the modular building’s estate offer value for money and excellence in quality and service Support our business development function by contributing to proposals for prospective customers and promoting the Remedy brand and values

The ideal candidate will have

• Long-term experience in managing the sourcing, installation, and maintenance of modular and/or mobile buildings within the healthcare sector A robust understanding of the modular building regulatory landscape in the UK Working knowledge of HTMs/HBNs, Building Regulations, and Planning Applications. Ability to design plan layouts for healthcare buildings within a modular context. Working knowledge of Healthcare planning to include detailed specifications, scopes of works, derogations, and room data sheets. Ability to compile full project design and build budgets. Full knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, including CDM regulations, and acting as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer.
