Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Quality to join the team at a south of England based healthcare provider; domiciliary care and supported living.

It is a permanent role which is to start ASAP. We are seeking individuals who has proven experience of working in an NHS or healthcare organisation within Quality Governance and is looking for their next move.

Base: Hybrid (4 days on site)

Salary: Negotiable

Start: ASAP

• To be proactive on initiating activities, to improve patient safety and patient engagement and experience.

• Support services in preparation for CQC inspections, complaints and audits, ensuring continuity of compliance and CQC standards always throughout.

• Create excellent working relationships within the region and the rest of the divisions, and functions provided.

• Provide assurance and support to the leadership team, commissioners and to the board.

Essential:

• Must have a clinical background The post holder will have a Forensic or children’s inpatient background Healthcare experience
