The Trust has a turnover of £1.4 billion and employs more than 20,000 staff in seven hospitals on five sites. We are rated as a ‘good’ hospital Trust by the Care Quality Commission, and we have a strategy to continue improving to provide outstanding care for patients.

This is a career defining leadership opportunity; a role of significant scope and profile.  As our new Chief Executive, you will work closely with West Yorkshire ICB, Leeds Place, WYAAT, our NHS, local authority, voluntary and community sector partners and citizens within our local health and care economies to integrate services and ensure they meet the needs of our vibrant and diverse communities.  Leading a high performing Executive team and a talented and dedicated organisation, you will be central to ensuring effective governance processes are in place and that we continue to embed our Leeds Improvement Method, while seeking opportunities to continually enhance our strong national brand and reputation.
