Turnaround Manager - Complex needs home

My client is a well established specialist care provider specialising in the provision of care for people with a variety of complex needs.

They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Turnaround Manager to drive improvements in a new purpose built service. You will work alongside the senior management team to significantly improve the standards of care and culture in the service. You will ensure the highest standards of care are achieved and that staff are well motivated, trained and clear on what is expected of them. You will also work closely with the Regional Director to increase occupany levels and lower agency costs. 

This assignment would suit someone who has a clinical background, has a high EQ as well as IQ and a passion for leading people and driving improvements. The assignment will run for 6 months and my client requires an immediate start and is offering an assignment rate of £390 to £410 a day inside IR35.If you have the requisite skills, please contact roxy.potts@practicus.com
