Interim Operations Manager - Primary Care

My client is a provider of primary and specialist care services, who are currently going through a time of growth and reorganisation.

My client is looking for an interim Operations Manager to ensure a number of their services continue to perform whilst changes to the way the organisation operates are undertaken. My client requires someone who has worked extensively within primary care space.

My client is looking for a strong autonomous leader who can galvanise a good team through some challenging and changing times. They need someone who can support and where appropriate challenge practice managers and ensure quality, financial and people processes are good. Somebody who has both primary care operational experience combined with the experience of improvements initiatives and projects would be ideal, although operations is of more importance.
