Practicus are partnering with an Integrated Care Board who are urgently seeking 8c Head of Corporate Governance
An exciting opportunity to help lead a team and management of all corporate responsibilities.
You will be working closely with Directors and Company Secretary to perform on all tasks Corporate related to Board meetings, Committees and Risk.
I am looking for an experienced candidate who can work autonomously and is a self-starter. Ability to get people engaged very quickly. Have the patience and resilience to deal with challenging and sensitive issues. The NHS is facing enormous pressures so will need to have a certain element of gravitas about them.

RATE: 8c £383.92 per day INSIDE IR35 - Hybrid working
