Interim Band 7 PALS Manager

Midlands Based client – £190 - £200 per day

Woodrow Mercer has been approached by a Midlands based NHS Acute Trust to source an interim Band 7 PALS Manager to support the patient experience team with liaison and complaints within the organisation

Job Description

The postholder will be responsible for implementing new policies & procedures in relation to patient liaison as well as keeping on top on incoming case backlogs for the trust

The post holder will also be responsible for the direct line management of the deputy PALS Manager and provide oversight of the trusts reception team as they are deeply ingrained within PALS

This role is for an initial 3 month with a strong chance of extension

Required Skills / Experience:

• Previous experience with patient liaison Experience of implementing new team procedures Previous experience within the NHS or healthcare Can commit to 5 days onsite

Desirable Skills / Experience:

• Extensive complaints experience Backlog clearance experience Previous work within an acute NHS setting
