Practicus are partnering with an NHS Organisation who are urgently seeking 8a Workforce Assistant Programme Manager

An exciting opportunity in our Workforce consultancy team, so will work across multiple NHS/ Health and Social care client spaces managing workforce projects and working within programmes, acting as a senior SME around Workforce. You will need to be used to leading P2/Agile Projects and programmes relating to workforce (ideally qualified in project/ programme management), be agile and able to move quickly between and work across multiple clients and projects/ programmes simultaneously.

Workforce SME skills wise - ideally, we need someone who can lead national NHS workforce programmes, including clinical workforce transformation, so ideally experience on national level NHS Workforce planning, strategy, and transformation (NHSE, HEE, DHSC type roles).

Keen to speak with candidates with operational workforce management/ delivery backgrounds (particularly medical) so very much having worked in a provider environment as head of resourcing, head of medical staffing, temp staffing etc type roles.

The role is remote/ home working, and a laptop will be provided.

RATE: 8a £241.20 per day INSIDE IR35

START: January
