Job Details
A Interim Outpatients Transformation Manager is required for a Trust in the South East to start ASAP in January. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in outpatients from previous Acute Trusts and be able to work onsite a minimum 3 days a week, likely 4-5 days a week in the first couple of weeks to get up to speed and meet all the relevant stakeholders.
The Outpatients Transformation role will entail the following
- Process reviews / consistency between the Trust booking offices
- Centralising admin processes
- Patient portal implementation
- Digital transformation. Digital is the really important and translating the technical aspects into the operational day to day working environment and making it happen.
- Clinician engagement
