Associate director of Ops (UEC)
3 month contract with a view to extend. On site. Inside IR35. Band 8C. South
Woodrow Mercer are currently on the search for an Associate Director of ops with experience within Urgent and emergency care.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in a leadership and turnaround within an Acute Hospital setting including with a proven track record within UEC.
You will be a natural leader, with a commitment to establishing trusted relationships, strong business understanding and a curiosity when it comes to complex issues. You will be passionate about improvement and influencing change.
You must have:
- Extensive UEC and performance experience
- In-depth knowledge of operational skills
- Able to drive change
- Experience in working within a high pressured environment
