Working in collaboration with our Chief Nursing Officer and wider nursing leadership team, our new Deputy Chief Nursing Officer will provide visible and inspiring clinical and professional leadership for our nursing workforce, acting as a role model for the Trust’s values, behaviours and professional standards.  Working across the entire range of the nursing directorate and deputising for our Chief Nursing Officer, you will engage with a range of partners both internally and externally. The role is critical to ensuring that our nursing colleagues feel supported and empowered to deliver our clinical strategy for the diverse communities we serve.  We are committed to coproduction with our staff, service users, patients, carers, stakeholders, and local communities to achieve happier, healthier lives, and we are looking for a leader who shares our vision and values.
