Director of Nursing and Clinical Services

My client is a reputable private hospital who are looking for someone to join their senior management team as their next Director of Nursing and Clinical Services.

Are you an RGN with a wealth of experience as a senior manager and leading teams?

Have you worked in private healthcare and have a firm understanding of CQC requirements?

As a Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, you will:

Have excellent interpersonal skills, manage a team of Clinical managers, empowering them with strong leadership, skills and adequate resources for them to do their job

Have finely tuned decision-making skills, delivering excellent results in a highly time sensitive environment

Effective organisational capability, with skill at managing tight deadlines are a must

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all Hospital staff, Consultants and Patients

Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong "can do" attitude that replicates your own desire to succeed

My client is looking for someone who prides themselves in providing strong, visible professional leadership and who is focused on ensuring the improvement of patient outcomes and experiences.

#Please note that a solid background in private hospitals is a must for this role#

Salary is full time circa £85k DOE
