Here you will be a key member of the senior leadership team to support amongst other responsibilities-
HR Change Management
BAU activities such as providing expert advice to Performance Management / Disciplinary matter, attendance issues and some general HR advice.
Banded 8c my client is keen to interview this week with an ideal start within the next 2 weeks.
Inside IR35 banded 8c so a maximum hourly rate of £46 per hour based on a 37.5 0 40 hr week.
3 month initial contract likely extension upto 6 months.
