Are you an experienced NHS HR professional who has working in People Management, Employee Relations and Change Partnering form a workforce perspective?
Are you looking for an exciting and challenging interim role?
With my client eager to run interviews this week and an immediate start this role is not to be missed.
Here you will be a key member of the senior leadership team to support amongst other responsibilities-
Employee Relations
People Engagement
People Partnering
HR Change Management
BAU activities such as providing expert advice to Performance Management / Disciplinary matter, attendance issues and some general HR advice.
Banded 8c my client is keen to interview this week with an ideal start within the next 2 weeks.
Inside IR35 banded 8c so a maximum hourly rate of £46 per hour based on a 37.5 0 40 hr week.
3 month initial contract likely extension upto 6 months.
