My client, a large Public Sector organisation in the Northern Home Counties, is looking for an experienced Interim Head of HR Business Partnering and Change for an initial period of 3 months.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis and is covering a substantive role.

As a member of the senior people leadership team your remit will be to lead the delivery of a professional, customer focused, full HR Business Partnering service and lead overarching change and review projects for the people implications across the services.

In addition your remit will be to actively promote and implement the people strategy and partnering delivery model across the business to ensure people managers can access support to be self-sufficient in their people management responsibilities.

Through managing and developing the HR Business Partners, you will facilitate cultural change to ensure people are free to speak up in order to deliver improved customer and staff experience and you will have responsibility for the management, monitoring and reporting of people change projects relating to workforce changes, restructures and service redesign of roles.
