Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust provides a range of physical, mental health and learning disability services to children and adults across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull. We operate out of approximately 50 sites and provide inpatient, community and day clinics, as well as specialist services, to a population of about 1 million. We are an ambitious organisation, with a drive to innovate and continually improve and we are proud to be one of only seven Global Digital Exemplars. We also working towards University hospital status, as well as being engaged with work with our partners - locally, regionally and nationally - to develop opportunities for collaboration.

Our new Chief Medical Officer will play a key role in driving the overall vision of the Trust, providing strategic and professional leadership to our medical workforce and our wider staff groups.  Joining an ambitious team, you will inspire internally and seek partnership opportunities externally that will maximise our impact on people's lives.  As an Executive team member you will be a progressive leader of our commitment to quality, safety and efficiency and will empower our clinical workforce to drive transformational change.

You will be a creative, energetic and ambitious leader with experience of shaping and delivering strategy and improved outcomes, founded upon an unwavering commitment to performance and quality. Comfortable in challenging as a unitary Board member you will bring experience at or near Board level in a comparable environment.  An engaging and visible leader you will quickly build credibility with our wide range of stakeholders.  A natural communicator, you will also champion the voice of clinical leadership and be an advocate of our work to ensure co-production throughout our services. Most of all you will share our values and have an unwavering commitment to ensuring that people are at the heart of everything we do as an organisation.
