Children's Safeguarding Lead

My client provides services that support individuals with poor mental health. Having gone through an organisational restructure, they are looking for an experienced childrens safeguarding lead to work alongside the adult safeguarding lead to ensure the service is set up well. The service is new and will go live in April.

This would suit an individual who likes rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in, has expertise in Children's safeguarding and is able to work across various departments to be the children's safeguarding expert that people rely on.

The role is for a period of 3 months initially with the potential to extend to six. The role is inside IR35 and involves minimum 3 days in the office with other days working from home. As the organisation has gone through various TUPE procedures, my client wants someone who can have a physical presence to support the team. The office is in north east Lincolnshire.
