Job Details
My client is an independent provider of community-based healthcare services to children and adults.
My client requires an interim Associate Director of Finance, who has worked in in the NHS or in an independent provider in areas such as community care, primary care or urgent care. My client needs an AD of Finance with a strong financial management background (budget setting/month end reporting/cost control) who can support a developing team.
They need someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front. They need someone able to take a team back to basics and build them back up again. They also need someone who can simplify process and, in some cases, ensure good process is created and followed by the team.
The assignment will run for 6 months, requires an immediate start, offers hybrid working and I have an assignment rate of £460 to £480pd - inside IR35. If you have the requisite experience, please get in touch with Andrew Vaux - andrew.vaux@practicus.com
