Job Details
My client is an independent provider of community-based healthcare services to children and adults.
My client requires an interim Associate Director of Corporate Governance, who has worked in in the NHS or in an independent provider in areas such as community care, primary care or urgent care. My client needs an AD of Corporate Governance who is both engaging and detailed. A strong background in corporate governance and risk is essential. My client needs someone able to put a Board Assurance Framework in place and make improvements to their Risk Register, EPRR and BC plans.
They need someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front. They need someone able to take a team back to basics and build them back up again and put the processes and procedures they need in place. As engagement with people across the business is essential to success, you will be a positive professional with an engaging style.
The assignment will run for 6 months, requires an immediate start, offers hybrid working and I have an assignment rate of £460 to £480pd - inside IR35. If you have the requisite experience, please get in touch with Andrew Vaux - andrew.vaux@practicus.com
