Job Details
With a Midwifery background you will support the trust with leadership of this close knit team whilst actioning recommendations from a recent CQC visit. So for this role you will need a track record of delivery in a similar role within a Acute trust.
You will take responsibility for the delivery of a range of operational and strategic challenges providing strong day to day operational leadership whilst also delivering improvements in relation to CQC recommendations.
Ideally you will have recent experience of tackling under performance in relation to Midwifery and Maternity services.
3 month initial contract
Banded 8b/c £45 - £54.64 per hour Inside IR35
