My client is leading provider of services to the independent healthcare and dental sectors. They are ambitious, entrepreneurial and growing rapidly.

They are looking for a Group Sales Manager to help develop and deliver their strategic sales plan for the next 5 years. You will manage a small, but high performing team and ensure both new business and account development plans are developed and understood by the team. You will be used to managing and owning targets in excess of £100M and be used to a high value and high-volume sales environment. You will lead the team and create an optimal sales structure, backed up by strong KPIs to ensure the sales strategy is delivered on.

My client is ideally looking for someone with a background in the independent hospital sector, although other aligned sectors may be considered. An understanding of the self-pay and PMI markets would be a significant advantage. You will have led a high performing team before and be able to demonstrate how you led the team to success. You will be resistant, organised, self-motivated and able to manage up and down a business.

Essential skills & experience:

- Experienced senior Sales Manager
- Expertise in the self-pay hospital or PMI setting (Dentistry or Primary Care experience considered)
- Strategic but hands on leader
- Can develop and deliver coherent plans
- Strong management through KPIs and CRM systems

My client is offering a basic salary of £80K to £100K per annum with an OTE of £150K. You will be able to travel to the Northwest as required and be happy to meet clients throughout the country, although homeworking is expected. If you have the requisite skills, please contact Andrew Vaux -
