Are you a talented and experienced NHS HR Business Partner currently seeking your next assignment.

I am actively seeking an HRBP interim manager to work with this ICB and assist in the ICB workforce transformation based just outside London. Due to the ongoing ICB rationalisation plans they are looking to bring in interim support to deliver the end to end consultation, review, engagement and ultimately redundancy process . here you will work closely with the 8c HR Transformation Lead .

You will be a key member of the team and at the forefront of delivering workforce engagement and the management of the ICB transformation plans. In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to drive HR agendas related to ICB development and staff rationalisation. Not afraid to be challenged you will be dealing with staff, unions and partner organisations to ensure the delivery is achieved.

Reporting to the HR Transformation Lead within a small close knit team you will work closely to support the ICB's workforce goals and with both the People and Culture leadership team,

Your efforts will make a difference and be key to supporting the development of the strategic workforce agenda.

Start no later than the first week in June or ASAP banded 8a

Hourly rate of upto £32.30 per hour plus VAT likely Outside IR35.

Initial contract period of 9 months.
