We are currently supporting a social enterprise that deliver a range of community services in to find an Interim Associate Director of Operations. The role is essential to drive improvements in a small portfolio of services whilst also supporting with business development activities for a period of 3 - 5 months or until a permenent staff member is found.
When I asked the client what good looks like by the end of assignment, they said:
- Maintained or improved all the services within the portfolio that they are responsible for Completed Business development activities and supported with the growth of the mental health services. Worked cohesively with peers and supported the 3direct reports in a cohesive and empowering management style. Proactive in visiting the sites as and when needed to ensure staff feel supported even when they are not physically present.
The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced senior leader who has worked in community services such as: mental health, offender health and sexual abuse. Has a track history of driving improvements but are forward thinking, positive and resilient in their working style. This role is based is home based but will require some occasional travel to the Northeast. Pay rate between £430 - £480.
