Alumni Global is working with one of the leading universities in the East of England. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to be the inaugural Director of their Health, Wellbeing, and Care Hub. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management for the Hub, as well as representing the needs of the Hub at University level and externally.

The Hub is a research centre hosting multiple clinics and colleagues from across the university, external partners, students and others will use the hub for research, training, continued professional learning and study in a service that will be co-designed with its users and members of the public who will be referred to the Hub.

You will lead the team contributing to the effective and efficient operation of its Administration, Education and Research endeavour that is seeking to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and communities.

The Director will crucially provide direction, strategic leadership, and ensure sustained progress and quality assurance within the Health, Wellbeing, and Care Hub, taking responsibility for budgeting, planning, and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource utilisation. You will be advocating for the Hub's needs at the University level and build strong relationships with external partners, academic departments, and professional services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, involve service users in the co-production of service developments, and ensuring accurate assessment records.

You will facilitate excellent assessment, care planning, programme design, teamwork and cooperation with other providers.
