PURPOSE: In this role, you will utilize your expertise as an experienced Safeguarding professional to develop and manage adult safeguarding services within the organization. Your skills will be crucial in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of care, while maintaining professional and national standards.

THE ROLE: Prepare for an exciting journey, as this role offers both interest and challenge. You'll find yourself working in sensitive situations, handling highly complex matters and monitoring safeguarding performance. Your insights will shape and refine policies to align with the latest guidelines.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: We're seeking an experienced adult safeguarding professional from either a nursing or social worker background, someone who brings credibility and an acute understanding of hospital settings. Your knowledge and skills will be vital in ensuring the well-being of vulnerable adults and promoting a culture of safety.

• Advanced adult safeguarding knowledge within an acute setting.

• Ability to collaboratively work with staff at all levels, fostering a culture of cooperation and continuous improvement.
