Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust (SHSC) are now appointing a new Director of Strategy to the executive team. We are looking for an exceptional, forward-thinking, and values-driven leader to guide us through the next phase of our growth. This is a pivotal moment for SHSC, our Chief Executive Salma Yasmeen recently joined the Trust and is committed to the Trusts improvement journey. The new Director of Strategy will play a central role in these transformative efforts, leading the formulation and execution of our strategy, cultivating an atmosphere of innovation, and ensuring the evolution of our organization and estate.

As a multifaceted and complex NHS organisation, we have close relationships with a wide array of organizations and partners, including those within the NHS, Voluntary and Community Sector, Sheffield City Council, and our academic collaborators at the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University and other universities across the region and nationally. We are partnering with colleagues throughout the health and social care systems of South Yorkshire to bring positive change for our diverse communities. The ability to cultivate positive and productive partnerships is integral to our future success, enabling improved health outcomes and diminished health inequalities. The Director of Strategy will spearhead the development of partnerships with health system stakeholders to create opportunities and innovative approaches to service provision within our community.
