Interim Project Manager - Healthcare

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision healthcare services to individuals throughout the UK.

They are going through substantial growth, and have plans to almost double the size of their hospital sites in the next year.

My client are looking for a proactive project manager, with the following skill set -

Senior seasoned project management - in healthcare

Experience in opening new healthcare sites (Multiple sites not just one) - Please note this is a MUST requirement from my client

CQC registration experience

Consultant/Clinician engagement

As well as the above, there will be the need to support in recruitment of teams, consultants, managing facilities and working alongside a variety of stakeholders.

Personality & culture fit:

Someone who is a do-er

Thinks outside of the box

Comes with solutions and suggestions to potential issues

Compassionate and able to work well with several stakeholders.

The role is a long interim project with a view of being between 9 and 12 months, with a pay rate of £400 a day - IR35 status TBC.

Location -Hybrid with expectation to be at sites majority of the time. Expenses will be paid
