This major NHS provider in the East Midlands are seeking to appoint an Interim Band 9 Director of Midwifery for an initial period of six months with possible extension. Portfolio will cover:

Maternity vision and strategy
HR, workforce, equality, training and development
Quality, safety, women, and families experience and health & safety
Midwifery and professional standards
CQC regulation and compliance
Safeguarding
Patient confidentiality
