Interim Governance and Quality Lead

Our client is a growing provider undergoing exciting transformation with the arrival of new Orthopedic and Cardiac Consultants. Guided by a dedicated CEO, they're committed to enhancing team morale and creating a culture of continuous development. Our client is looking for an experienced interim Quality and Governance Lead to help them on their journey.

As Quality & Governance Lead, your mission will be to solidify and embed processes across the organisation. You'll drive results swiftly, focusing on:

Creating a governance dashboard

Standardizing reporting for clarity

Implementing Datix

Cultivating a learning culture post-incident reporting



Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in healthcare quality and governance enhancement

Expertise in DATIX implementation

Experience educating others in governance matters

Assignment Details:

Assignment Rate: £400 - £450

3 days per week commitment

Start Date: September 25th

Duration: 3 months Initially

Location: London - Onsite presence 1 to 2 days per week
