Interim Imaging Manager

Our client is a growing provider about to embark on a transformation journey. With new Orthopaedic and Cardiac Consultants coming on board, the organisation is gaining momentum and looking to establish a larger footprint. Under new leadership, the dedicated CEO is committed to boosting morale and empowering the team. With the current Imaging Manager going on maternity leave, our client is looking for an experienced Imaging Manager who can support them over the next six months.

As the interim Imaging Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and leading the team. While there may be occasional clinical support required, your primary focus will be managing and nurturing a small but passionate team, with expectations for growth in the future. This is ideal for someone who is experienced, driven, and motivational, ready to guide the department through this period of change and set them up for success

What the client is looking for:

Clinically qualified (RGN, RMN, or equivalent)

Extensive experience in team leadership and coaching

Diagnostic imaging expertise

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience

Commercially astute

Assignment Details:

Assignment Rate: £380-£400 per day

Start Date: 25th September 2023

Duration: Until at least end March 2024

IR35 Status: Inside

Location: London - onsite 5 days a week
